YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: Yamuna Authority Launches New Residential Plot Scheme Near Noida Airport

Greater Noida: If you are planning to own a home in Greater Noida, here’s an important update for you. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is all set to launch a new residential plot scheme near Noida International Airport. The much-awaited scheme, which was earlier scheduled for March, will now be launched on April 2, coinciding with the Navratri festival. The scheme is specifically designed for the middle-class segment.

How Many Plots Are Available?

Under this scheme, a total of 274 residential plots, each measuring 200 square meters, will be allocated through a lottery system. These plots are located in Sector 18, Block 9B. Although the project was initially set to launch earlier, delays were caused due to objections raised by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) during the registration process.

Currently, the price of residential plots under YEIDA is set at ₹25,900 per square meter. However, new rates may come into effect from April 1, 2025, potentially increasing the cost of these plots.

Previous Success of YEIDA Plot Schemes

In the financial year 2024-25, YEIDA had successfully allocated 803 residential plots under two separate schemes. The demand for these plots has been exceptionally high, with the October 2024 scheme for 451 plots receiving over 100,000 applications. Similarly, another scheme for 352 plots witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 200,000 applications.

Given the strong demand, this new scheme will offer only 200-square-meter plots, and their allocation will be done through a lottery system.
